ICP (Internet Content Provider) filing, also known as "ICP备案" (ICP Beian) in Chinese.

What is ICP Filing

ICP Filing is a regulatory requirement in China for individuals and organizations that operate websites or web-based services within the country. It is a mandatory registration process that must be completed with the Chinese government to legally host a website or provide online content to Chinese internet users.

Materials for applying for an ICP Filing

Approval Times

The official approval time for ICP filing in our province is 2 weeks from the date of submission. However, due to the backlog situation and review process, the approval time may be extended.

Follow-up after Approval

After the ICP Filing is approved, you are required to add the ICP filing number at the bottom of your website and jump to the MIIT, so that website visitors can query and confirm the ICP Filing information.
